The 2nd match for employment at FIVE Bezons!
As part of the social integration project carried out by the LE FIVE group, LE FIVE Bezons has chosen to insert itself into the social fabric of its city and its department through sections carrying a social and personal commitment of the whole of the center staff.
Concretely, LE FIVE Bezons has signed a partnership with the Club FACE Val d'Oise association, a specialist in professional integration which supports job seekers in their searches (creation of CVs, cover letters, preparation for interviews hiring...).
This is why the “MATCH FOR JOB” event was set up at FIVE Bezons. The idea is to bring together job seekers and business leaders or HR departments for a day in an atypical setting. Job seekers are provided with their CV and cover letter and prepared in advance by members of the Club FACE Val d'Oise association.
The program is simple: Morning sport with a sports coach, then mini 5-a-side football tournament between applicants and recruiters. Lunch together and finally the afternoon is devoted to job dating.
This Tuesday, December 14, the dynamic was set in motion, with already the 2nd edition of the “JOB MATCH” in 2 months, the next one is scheduled for May 2022. The results speak for themselves: 6 permanent contracts signed, 5 fixed-term contracts, 6 work-study contracts and 10 applicants in the recruitment phase...
Beyond the figures, LE FIVE Bezons, with its contacts with numerous companies coming to play in its structure throughout the year, feels useful to the community and shows the values of work, sharing and conviviality of the LE group FIVE.
